Sending this does not book anything. It puts your name in front of our staff, who will ring you to agree a time. Nothing is held or reserved until then.

Your name and mobile number are used to arrange your appointment and to keep your record. We keep it for seven years after your last visit, or twelve months if you do not come in. How we use your information.
